GROW / PROGRESANDO
GROW/PROGRESANDO’S curriculum teaches you what you need to know to develop your business. From creating, expressing, and delivering the product or services your customers and clients seek, the program will help you hone your business plan, expand your understanding of how to navigate the always-changing business environment, and provide you with expert guidance on implementing best practices and models that are key to your business’ sustainability.
Our foundation sessions are offered in a Bootcamp called One Day Intensive, a five-week series called Hit the Ground Running, and a 10-week series called The Complete Program.
The sessions will:
- Develop your business model
- Guide you as you write your business plan
- Set up your business including registering, licensing, marketing and goal setting

- Maximizing Marketing, PR and Social Media
- Contract and Lease Negotiations
- Rocket Pitch Development

Staff
GROW as a program was launched in 2013 by Rogers Park Business Alliance, which continues to manage and support its expansion. Its highly interactive curriculum includes basic business knowledge, specialty subject education, and high-quality technical and specialty assistance consultations. In 2019 GROW expanded to include a Spanish curriculum with PROGRESANDO. The program is led by RPBA’s staff who, along with leading business, education, marketing, and legal experts, deliver a comprehensive program.
