In response to the pandemic’s impact on Chicago’s small businesses, Rogers Park Business Alliance (RPBA) launched the Business Accessibility Toolkit (BAT). This program empowers entrepreneurs to formalize and modernize their businesses. By providing no-cost professional services to businesses in Rogers Park. We pair consultants and small business owners to help with website creation, lease negotiation, marketing, technology and other business needs.
The BAT Process
Meet with business owner to identify immediate needs and determine objectives
Provide practical training, personalized consulting, and strategic guidance
Observe and assess ongoing economic impact and results
Develop toolkit of business resources, guides, and references
BAT will focus on the following key business areas:

- Technology access, cybersecurity, web integration and utilization
- Legal requirements and compliance
